Pastors

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ”          (Ephesians 4:11-13).

Pastors in Haiti serve against incredible odds. They struggle to meet the basic physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of their people who live in crushing poverty on less than $2 per day, while their own families suffer. A majority of churches are led by people who are not well-trained in theology or ministry while lacking essential resources and learning opportunities. ISA encourages and empowers these spiritual leaders who influence dozens of churches and thousands of people.
