“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:11-13).
PASTORS IN HAITI
Pastors in Haiti serve against incredible odds. They struggle to meet the basic physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of their people who live in crushing poverty on less than $2 per day, while their own families suffer as well. A majority of churches are led by people who are not well-trained in theology or ministry while lacking available resources and educational opportunities. ISA encourages and empowers these spiritual leaders who influence dozens of churches and thousands of people.
PASTORAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES
ISA Pastoral Leadership Conferences provide attendees with theological training, leadership skills, and confidence to more effectively serve in faith and practice. Past topics have included basic Christian discipleship, essential Christian theology, pastoral leadership necessities, servant leadership principles, and spiritual formation practices.

FEED A SOUL BIBLE PROJECT
Most Christians in Haiti do not have a personal Bible, though they desperately desire them. ISA's Christmas Project "Feed a Soul" supplied Bibles to hundreds of believers in five different churches. Pastor Bruno wrote, "Thank you so much for the spiritual food that you sent to Faith Church. They received the Bibles with joy and happiness. The Board of Faith Church said you gave them the life of Christ, you gave them the opportunity to grow spiritually in Christ."
